Oral Presentations

People with oral presentation must provide the symposium organizations with their presentation either on USB or CD one day before their presentations. People with presentations for the Monday have to hand in their presentations on the Sunday at registration (11:00 to 17:00). Presentations should be in Power Point Windows format.

Each day will start with a magisterial lecture of 45 min with no discussion time. All others contributed papers will have a total duration of 15 min including discussion time. The chairperson will be instructed to start on time each session and keep strictly within the schedule. Please do not extend your allocated time as chairpersons will stop you to allow enough time for the next speaker.
